Anyone taking this prenatal.mit has ginger to help with nausea which I like but it doesn't seem to have much of anything else lol

I was given samples from my RE for morning sickness which it did nothing for. From what I've read, ginger is only helpful in teas, gum, or hard candy etd...and not in capsule form. I'm already on another Vit B supplement anyway perscribed by my RE. I looked on the website and it warns against taking it with your prenatal because of potential for a folic acid overdose. To me if it wasn't helping my m/s there was no point in taking it.
