B&B in Hyde Park, NY
DH is graduating from Marist College in Poughkeepsie this May, and we'd like to make a little trip out of it.
Any suggestions for a place to stay/things to do in Hyde Park.

You can visit Vanderbuilt Mansion in HYde Park as well as the FDR home/library and Val-Kill where Eleanor lived and sought refuge at when she needed to get away from her husband and MIL.
It's a lot of fun and you'll see beautiful views of the hudson!

I went to high school in Hyde Park, and my dad still lives in Poughkeepsie. There's not too much to do other than look at the mansions, and there are no nice hotels/B&Bs in Hyde Park that I can think of. IMO the nicest hotels are on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie...There are lots of options of hotels.
