Awwwww, my DH is so cute
So, I've told you before that I'm quilting pillows for Christmas. So I went to a new store in Virginia to get my fabric. DH came with me because he has a good eye for design (and it's a long drive so its nice to have him there). We spent 2 hours there just picking out fabric!! And he was just helpful and didn't say a word.
But the funniest part? The lady working at the store comes up to my DH and says there's a grandmother that is making a quilt for her 12 year old grandson, and she'd like your opinions on fabric since you're a guy!  As the grandmother put it, "My grandson is into skeletons and black and stuff like that". So DH picks a bunch of patterned black and white fabrics for her and even helped her decide how many she needed in order to have none of the squares touch one another. I thought it was so sweet!
