Awful Heartburn
I have terrible heartburn today. I'm burpy and hiccuping here and there. I'm actually having a bit of trouble catching my breath. I'm taking deep breaths, which seems to be helping.
What do you do for heartburn?

Tums have become my best friend....the heartburn is terrible and I get it all the time!! If what they say is true, baby girl is going to have a ton of hair!!

I drank milk by the gallons when I was pregnant with my dd. It was the only thing that helped me.

Sometimes, when it's at its worst, I think I might trade DH for a couple of TUMS.
The smoothies are my favorite (berry fusion).

My doc told me pepcid AC was fine! Thank goodness too! I was a mess and it was causing me tremendous discomfort and hoarseness----and as a chorus teacher this was not ok!
