August mommies - dealing with the heat?

Sitting here @ 35 weeks 3 days. Uncomfortable, hot, and desperately wishing time would go by just a little faster. My official count-down till my c/s is 22 days.

How are you dealing with this heat? I am finding it hard to stay inside in the air conditioning as my 2 boys just want to be outside playing or in their kiddie pool (they are 2 and 3-almost-4 years old).

I have been shamelessly parading around my backyard in my maternity bathing suit, and have been dipping into the kids pool

i hate it! i am 37 weeks and my feet are swollen and so are mmy hands. I have to run out and do errands and i am dreading it..

I need to finish packing and if i dont i think my husband will freak out

It STINKS!!! My DH and I went out Saturday and I thought I was going to pass out before the a/c in his truck worked enough...

Same as pp, my hands and feet are swollen - I can't get comfortable and I am sweating more than I ever have!!

I'm just thankful that I only have 9 days to go!!

I can't take it much longer!! I am 40 weeks and 3 days and my feet are so swollen-come out baby!!!!!!!!!!

I delivered August 22nd of last year. I feel for you ladies and totally know what you're going through. The thing that I did to beat the heat was the float in my mom's pool. It really was fantastic since you feel weightless.

I am 38 wks and 2 days. My ankles are sooo swollen. I was ready to go in the pool today and it was even too hot for that - I decided I would be better off inside in the AC!!!

Hope youre all doing well...we are almost there!!!
