What week do you install the car seat?

I am 35 weeks will be going on 36 on Sunday.

We didn't do things like swings and bouncers til we got home from the hospital, but we were also moving and didn't want to open everything.

DH install our carset on our way to the hospital at 38 weeks, 6 days.

I guess we s uck

We'll probably put them together sometime next wk or the wk after (34-35 wks).

We might not use them right away but you never know

We put them together right after the shower because I wanted to make sure they worked and had all the necessary parts. I figured it would easier to return them while pregnant than with a newborn!

I put together the bassinet and PNP and took the stroller out of the box at around 32 weeks...maybe that is what started my preterm labor scare LOL

the bouncer and swing are still in boxes...DH says he'll get around to it...im waiting to see when that will happen.

the car seat and base are out of their boxes and DH will install them before he picks us up from hospital...that doesnt bother me too much, i dont see the need for them to be in the car from before hand...

i put together the stroller last week.. I think each week we'll put together something. Probably install the car seat base around week 35...the pnp probably after because its kinda big and there is nowhere to really store it without it being out in the open.

I am 36 weeks and we are putting that stuff together this weekend and next weekend (so week 36 and 37 for me).

I put the car seat in this past weekend (week 35) because I registered for a car seat safety class and as part of the class every installs their car seat and the instructors check them.

I Was thinking for putting the carseat bases in the cars this weekend.. I will be starting 36 weeks on Sunday. So i can get it checked out.

As for the bouncer and stuff I will get to that

We just did this last week...I was 37 weeks. I have not done the carseat yet...but DH is a police officer so he is going to install it this week (38 weeks). we are just putting in the base and then I will pop in the carseat when we take the baby home. I feel kind of strange driving around with the seat right now.

The car seat was installed last week (37 weeks) and checked by our local police. We have to wait until after the baby is born to have the rest of the stuff in the house so none of that is set up.

We put up the crib this past week (I am 34 weeks).

The carseat will go in probably a few days before my c/s and I am not breaking out the swing or bouncy seat or anything else until the day before my c/s. My 2 year old and almost-4-year-old will break them before my baby gets home

We are planning on putting them together next week, after we can move into our new place. We figured we'd keep everything in its box for easy moving.

I put stuff together after my shower (my shower was at 35 weeks) and I just installed the car seat this week (38 weeks)

I probably had mine put together at about 36 weeks. I think now is a good time
