At what week
Do internals usually start? I am 28 weeks and I just want to be prepared for when they are going to start so I can try (key word here is try) to clean up down there! I know the doctors have seen it all, but I don't want to go there looking like a beast, lol!!! SO just wanted to see when they usually start

I want to say around 37 weeks. I personally hated them so much but a lot of ladies on here say that they weren't bad. I have a tilted uterus so even regular gyno exams with the "duck tool" are really painful for me.
They are really quick though.

I'm 32w and haven't had any yet. I believe they start at 36w unless the Dr has some other reason to want to do an internal earlier. I prepare before every appt now just in case!

I had my first last week at 35 weeks, but I think I was a little early. I think normally at 36 weeks.

My doctor starts at either 35 or 36 weeks, he told me the last time I was there I just can't remember which he said.
