At what point do I need to be concerned
about DD having a temp?
All afternoon, it has ranged from 101.3 - 103.3. Now I think it lowered a little and she wanted to go to bed.
What I am concerned about is - she didn't eat ALL day.
She really didn't drink too much either. I have tried to get her to drink anything, she wants nothing. She just had a tiny bit of milk before going to bed.

Re: At what point do I need to be concerned
If she doesn't sweat/urinate/or tear.... then i would be concerned....
But sometimes you know when you don't feel well... you just don't want anything? Maybe that's what she is feeling?
Keep some water or some light juice near her bed so that way in case she wakes up and is thirsty, there is something for her to have.

Poor little sweetie!!
I would see how she feels tomorrow...if she's still not eating/drinking, I'd call the doctor just to see.
Hope she feels better soon!!

Re: At what point do I need to be concerned
I would try to get her to drink in her sleep - even if you need to use a straw to encourage it. Water is the main thing - juices will help too. I would probably skip milk all together as it can fill her up with less liquid.
I would be concerned if she doesn't start drinking by tomorrow am. Then call the doctor. The fear is without her drinking water (and I would try water or pedialyte), she has very litte fluids in her body. That combined with a fever, means she has even less.
If she were drinking enough, then I'd say day 3 or 4.
Hope she's better soon. I hate, hate, hate when they're sick.

Re: At what point do I need to be concerned
Marcie I'm sorry to here she's not feeling well Barb gave very good advice - the only thing I would add is my ped suggests not to give just water because it doesn't have anything in it. When my DD dehydrated we were giving her just water and he said try pediatlye or gatorade first, then any other juice. Water and milk last...
DD was an infant though, not sure if it changes when they are toddlers.
I hope she feels better soon!!!
