At what point....

Hi,
I am currently TTC. On month 5...At what point do you decide to see a doctor? I am 28 yrs old and no known problems.

My obgyn told me that under 35 the wait is year of TTC before you see a RE, over 35 the wait is 6 months.

I went to the RE after trying for a year. I'm 33.

I hear a year under 35 and 6 months after that.
I had 2 losses and started seeing an RE after 9 months of trying. I am 30.

I waited a year before seeing an RE and got pregnant on my own the same month I went in for my first appointment. It was right at the year mark. But if you are really worried that something might be wrong you could always go and have testing done just to be sure everything is normal. But alot of doctors won't do testing this early in the ttc process, if you have no known issues. Like the other poster said the recommend that you wait 1 year if you are under 35 and 6 month if you are over 35. Good Luck
