avocado was one of her very first foods, so probably 4.5-5 months.

Around 5 months... it wasn't her favorite, but she did seem to like it. A lot of people mix it with banana. Sounds  but I hear babies like it

I gave DS his first avocado at 6 months. He loved it. He also loved it when I put a little lime on it too- kind of like a baby version of guacamole!

DS started solids at 6 months and it was one of the first foods he tried. He didn't like it at first, but loved it when I mixed it with bananas.
