at home highlights?
im debating doing at home highlights. I haven't done that since college and back then i used the cap where you had to pull your hair through...so annoying. are there better alternatives out there? with a newborn and EBF it's a little tricky getting out these days. what do you think?

I foil my friends hair for them. It is easy to do on someone else, but not yourself, you can't get to all the angles. Let me know if you want me to come over! lol

Frost and Glow in the honey blonde shade is fantastic. It's the cap with the holes and it comes out great. (I don't know of anything aside from the cap; this kit is really good!)

no cap - but they give you the applicator to apply the highlights - like a wand brush.

this is true, too. If it's a big change in color or you are doing a full head of highlights, sometimes it is better to go to the salon.
