Ashley Furniture?
I'm not in hiding, this is really my first post . . .
I am looking for people's experience with Ashley furniture after reading the reviews I found online. We are looking for a kitchen table and did find one that we liked there but we'd like some more info on the quality/customer service. Any info is appreciated. Feel free to FM if you don't want to post here. TIA!

I have a BR set, DR set and LR tables all from Ashley. I have had no problems at all with any of them and have dealt with them for Customer Service when a bed rail cracked. Replaced no problem.
My furniture is almost 3 years old.

My bedroom and living room sets are both from Ashley. Everything went smoothly when we bought them and when they were delivered, and I think both sets are pretty good quality (especially for the price). I actually plan on buying another piece from Ashley for the living room this week. Good luck.

I have no experience with ashley DR sets, but my bedroom set is from Ashley but bought directly from a company in north carolina.... great customer service and incredible pricing!!! highpointfurnituresales.com

I actually had a bad experience with Ashley. I only ordered a stand up cheval mirror but when it came in it was so poorly made. It was wood and iron and it didn't line up properly and they checked a couple of more and they were all made the same way. I decided I didn't want it and wanted a refund. The manager was very rude and condescending, basically telling me, what did I expect for that amount of money. They don't even have one corporate office to send a complaint to, they are all independantly run. It was only one small piece, but I was not happy with the quality or the customer service. I eventually got my money back, but it wasn't easy.

we got our LR couches from Ashleys.
we have had them for 2 yrs and they are great!
the customer svc at the store was also very good as was the delivery timing and delivery people.
