Check out Safefetus.com. It has a list of meds,(OTC & Prescription) and what category they are in, that Bookmark has been a lifesaver during this pregnancy :) GL :)

Yes! Last night I had to chew four of them just to get to sleep. Keep them by your bed, in your purse, in your car & desk at work too!

Not only are they safe, they are encouraged because they have added calcium! I lived on tums when pregnant...
ETA - my doc wanted me to take extra tums because I couldn't take my prenatals due to hyperemesis and I am vegan...

Tums are safe, but I gotta tell a glass of cold milk works better than Tums for me and its operating on same principle
