nope, those are the going prices these days -
there is a cape in commack for 389? (somewhere around there) that looks like its in better condition than the one you posted.
Holbrook prices seem to be coming down also.
Its about time!

I just saw a ranch on MLSLI in commack that was $349 - I have NEVER seen a price that low in Commack!(although it does say needs TLC)
Too bad the taxes are still so high!

ok, I may have to move back to NY- even with prices coming down real estate in my neighborhood in LA is still over 750,000 average for homes not much bigger or nicer than this!
