try going on the school website
I am in three village, and i remember finding a map that zoned where the elementary schools are.

just call the school district itself. We had this question when we were looking to buy our current house b/c the houses on our block go to one district and the other side go to another. I just wanted to confirm and they did it right over the phone!

If you go onto the county website, I believe they have maps with the boundries marked.
