Are there any babies out there that dont like to be swaddled????
Paige doesnt seem like she likes it. She squirms so much to get out of it and i think i makes her cranky. Last night i only put her in a sleep sack and she slept alright. Although, the good sleep is probably because she was up for so long before that.

Steven HATES being swaddled. Even in the hospital he would kick out of it and his feet would stick out

they hate being swaddled. They used to get out of it. I swaddled them with their arms out and that seems to work.

MINE! She was semi swaddled in the hospital ( arms out because of her IV) but as soon as we got home we tried and she sqwirmed her way out of it in 2 second flat. Oh good! I thought mine was the only one.

We did it for 2 nights after leaving the hospital and that was it - DDs hated it as well!

Hannah HATED her arms swaddled, so I didn't do it at first, but I would watch her in the video monitor and she constantly hit herself in the face with her arms, which woke her up, which ends up waking me up.
The PED suggested I swaddle her arms - she broke through EVERYTHING I bought, until the Miracle Blanket. She can't get out of this thing, and believe me she tries. She can't hate it that much though I get 11 -12 hours of sleep every night since using it.
Watch her and see if she's waking her self up with flailing arms - if she is then you may want to try to swaddle her arms. She will get used to it. Mommy knows best, not a 2 week old baby
If she's a calm baby and just doesn't like it, try the sleep sack.

my ds loved it my dd hates it with a passion since the day she was born the nurses in the hospital wouldnt even swaddle her they gave up. so I just tuck her in with her blanket and tuck it under the mattress in the basinet after she falls asleep
