Are the Huggable Hangers really worth it?

I need new hangers and thought to maybe get some of them.

Are they really worth it?

Re: Are the Huggable Hangers really worth it?

imo, the style of huggable hangers - yes. They gave us so much more closet space and there are less things on the floor. DH and I have 2 different colors so I know when he jacks my hangers. Chat Icon I wouldn't buy the name brand though, solely because of price.

You can get non-name-brand in the same exact style at BB&B - I believe they're $30 for 50 hangers, and you can use a 20% off. I keep an eye out in HomeGoods and TJMaxx - I always find some there in packages of 10 or 12 for $5 or so. Try there first and just get a few...if you like them, you can get the big box!

I was on the fence about these for YEARS, since I couldnt justify dropping so much money on hangers. Then I happened upon them in Target - Joy Mangano brand and everything in the clearance bin $5 for 20 hangers. I bought all they had (it was only certain colors).

OH MY GOODNESS, I wish I had bought them sooner. They really did transform my closet.

However, I don't really think they need to be the huggable hangers brand. I just bought a generic brand box in TJ Maxx - 25 for $15, and they seem to work just as well.

HTH!

YES, these are the only hangers we use now and we have a LOT of them!

I started off with the Huggable Hangers - bought one of those 100 piece type kits, but that came with extra stuff too like storage bins, pant clips, etc.

Now I just buy the 50 pack of slim hangers that costs $39.99 at Bed Bath & Beyond. I use a 20% off coupon and it comes out to $32. They are almost identical to the Huggable hangers, but I personally like that the part that you hang from on the BB&B ones is silver instead of gold.

Yes!!!!

I have the BBB version and they doubled my closet space!!! I still need to get the clips to make some into skirt hangers. They are such a great product.

Now I have hundreds of plastic ones in our spare closet Chat Icon

I took all my old bulky hangars in trash bags and donated them in those clothing drop boxes. I figured if they're selling the clothes everyone (including myself) donates, they might need hangars to display them on.
