Depends.....I have had them before but my opinion is this...It takes roughly 10-15 min and that just isn't worth it for me unless i'm already out. I have the Chi organics deep conditioning tx nad I put that on once a week with my pro-active mask and veg....I wash my hair then apply conditioner, wrap my head in saran wrap heat it with the blowdryer for about 2 min while my towel gets hot in the dryer, then apply towel and watch a tv show for about a 1/2hr. Then I wash my hair and face and I don't think I can tell a difference in the salon or home tx. For me it depends on what tx you use and if you can use heat at home also.
