Architect
Does anyone know about how much it costs to have an architect draft a plan to turn our exisiting one car garage into a two car garage? We need to apply for a variance and need to submit an architect's plan to the Town with our application for the variance. We got one quote, but it seems really high.

That seems pretty reasonable. We got a quote of $2500! I thought that seemed really high. Thanks!
