where do they do this? I would love to take that class!
PS- I think it would be fine.. aqua aerobics is generally low impact and you can do it at your own pace.

Swimming is a great exercise for pregnancy, so I would think this is similar since it's in water so it's low impact. It couldn't hurt to ask your doctor to make sure though.

Sorry ladies its in Rocky Point at School of Fish!!! They offer the class tuesday night 6:30-7:30 and Saturday mornings 8-9am
Also its a salt water pool

Aqua Zumba??
Water/Swimming is supposed to be great for pregnancy, so I would guess this would be fine too. I would love to do this, I wish it wasn't so far!
