Aqua Dots recalled - children become unconscious after swallowing
Just got an email from the CPSC that listed 9 more recalls, but I know that Aqua Dots are supposed to be a hot toy for the holidays. Looks like they are all being recalled.

it has nothing to do with China... they are small balls that kids can swallow.. what I am done with is that they are rushing toys out now without Really testing them..
I have decided that Dd had more fun with a package of bathroom cups that I am going to get her that for the holidays and save $$$$

It has nothing to do with them being small balls that kids can swallow either. It has to do with the fact that they have a chemical in them like the date rape drug !!! Here: LINK to story
Totally crazy IMO. And to think, I was thinking about getting these for my 8yo DD for a stocking stuffer!!! Not anymore!!

Im sure alot of parents were thinking of giving this holiday season.. thank god they found out before. I wish they would just find this stuff out before it gets as far as it did.. Im terrified every time i buy a toy for my DD or my neices or nephews that something will happen

Distributed by a Canadian company, but made in China...
The toy, aimed at kids age 4 and older and heavily advertised on TV, is made in China by Australian company Moose Enterprise. Marketed in Australia as Bindeez, it was withdrawn there this week when three children needed hospital treatment after swallowing beads.
