Appraisal Question
Ok, yesterday at 10AM was our appraisal. I'm dying to know what it appraised for. How soon can I call the mortage guy and ask without sounding to crazy.

yea, but we are doing a seller's consession so we need to know if we will owe any extra money at closing if it didn't appraise to the new amount (the seller's consession only increased the amount 5K). Its not all of our closing costs, just some.

our appraisal was only a drive by - i think I got the amount a few days after the appraisal was done - BOA has an online mortgage tracking website, so it was posted on there.

I received my appraisal around a day or two after. Call the broker and if he does not have it yet, It will push him to get it.

DH is an appraiser. He usually turns around his reports in 1-2 days. 3 tops. I would say wait 3 business days then call if you have not heard.
