appraisal ?
for those who had an appraisal done recently (either as a buyer or a seller) was it a drive by or did they go inside??
were you even told which it was or will be??

Our appraiser actually came into the home - it was scheduled for a time when we would be home.

We had an appraisal done recently and the appraiser went inside. We were told before hand that the appraiser would be making an appt. with the listing agent, so we knew he/she would be going inside.

the house we are renting was recently appraised. they came inside (it was scheduled) and i think it took 5 minutes - they took a couple of pics and that was it.
