Apartment Searching
Not sure this was the correct place to post this but:
DH and I are looking to move into a diff apartment. Location is Oceanside, East Rockaway, surrounding neighborhoods
We are great tenants, pay rent on time, Great jobs, Great credit, and no complaints etc
Long Story short we love our apartment, the location, amount of rooms etc- but the downstairs tenants are getting out of control- they hog the driveway and park in it being inconsiderate
They throw the garbage in the can without bags etc- I can go on and on.....
The prob is- these tenants are friends of my landlord and its a sticky situation
So Hubby and I are looking to move
We would like a 2-3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, washer and dryer, parking and preferably 1st floor no basement
we already pay our own utilities so we are ready to transfer that over.
If anyone knows of anything please FM me

Are you open to renting a home? One of our neighbors are leaving in July and their landlord is actively seeking tenants now. I believe it's at least a 2 bedroom house.
