Anyone work with a permit expeditor?
We are preparing to put our house on the market and need to get a Certificate of Occupancy. I found one company online and got a quote, but just wanted one or two others to call too for comparison.

look for places in your town. business is pretty slow these days, so I'm sure that it wouldn't take too long to get a permit ASAP and if you have to throw a few extra bucks at them then so be it.
