Anyone work for the USPS????

I have a quick question...what is reasonable as far as forwarded mail? I have a forward on my old address and still, a ridiculous amount of 1st class mail is NOT being forwarded. Should I complain?

You can try speaking to the supervisor at your local PO (both the old one and the new one). I had to do the same thing and it still took forever for it to be resolved. My dad works for the PO and called for me to complain and even he got nowhere. You'll probably have to complain multiple times. GL!
