United Healthcare.
There are different options and costs, especially depending on position.
They also offer HSA/FSA to cover out of pocket expenses like childcare and co-pays.
Most of the doctors I see are through the health system and I've received good care.

It's actually fine. You get used to it, and learn best routes.
For me, that tends to be Wantagh Pkwy to Northern State.
I'm in an outpatient building on Northerm Blvd.
When school is out there's no traffic and I zip up here.

I feel like they strive to be mentally healthy.
Always fair. Environment is not super stressful and they value you.
Work ends at work.
Where I am, I also feel the patients are really appreciative and this could be unique to my setting, but many are like second family even.
That will probably be different by role however...
