I am in so much pain from it and I can't figure out anything to do to stop it. Any ideas/advice?

I was on Lyrica, but I am TTC and it is a Class C. My doctor is maxing me out on Cymbalta right now to try to get the symptoms in check. I am getting frustrated with the constant pain.
