Anyone watch the Nathan's Hot Dog eating competition? (spoiler)
Wasn't sure if this is a "Celebrity" topic, since many of the competitors are celebrities now, or if it's a "Food" topic, since it's about eating hot dogs, or if it's a "Sport" topic, since it's a competition.... 
Joey Chestnut won again! 5 times in a row. This was the first year they split up the men and the women, and Sonya Thomas (the Black Widow) won in the women's division with 40 hot dogs in 10 minutes, and won the first pink Nathan's belt.
Joey ate 62 hot dogs in 10 minutes.

I happened upon it and DH and I were both disgusted watching, but I couldn't turn it off!
the guy next to joey chesnut was really revolting to watch!
both of them blow kobeyashi's past wins away.

I DVR'd it, and watched it about 3 hours later.... after I browsed to CNN and they already posted the winner on their front page....

What? Shame on CNN. It's nuts, but I always want a hot dog when I watch it. It's gross, but you can't look away.

DH and I watch every year. We live pretty close so it's become a tradition of sorts .
The absolute best part of the contest is the introduction of the 'competitors' and the announcers in general. They are hysterical!!
