So, we had an awesome mortage guy and dh just informed me that the guy just resigned (great!) and we're not with this clueless lady.

First she says we shouldn't have unlocked our interest rate because rates haven't fallen in the last month (VERY untrue as you all know!) and now she's saying we'll owe like $3,000 more at closing!

Our lawyer's going to speak to her but right now i'm a bit apprehensive about using her....

Was wondering if any of you had a Sallie Mae person you liked? I want to call them and ask to be placed under someone else.
