Anyone use a Reel Push Mower?

We were looking to sell our gas powered lawn mower for a Reel Push Mower because of the small grass area. The gast powered one is great, but takes up a lot of room. Do these really work? I've heard mixed reviews. Thanks!

I was looking into them, but I've read that they are only good if you don't let the grass grow too high.... that's not my style... I like to let it grow too high, then let the mower chug through it. I think it's better for the environment by not cutting so often (or at least better for someone who is too lazy to cut every week... )

I just bought an electric mower. I was getting tired of the gas mower as well, and with the solar panels, I'm trying to switch away from gasoline, and move to electric when I can.

The corded electric mowers have just as much power as the gas ones. I'm definitely glad I switched. No dealing with gas or oil, no pull-starting.

We used one for about a year. It worked pretty well on grass but if you have any weeds mixed in, it didn't cut them at all. Also, if the grass was over 4" high, it didn't work too well.

I have one that I've used for a few years. The grass cannot be too long as others have said, but I love it. Its easy to use.

My husband has one. At first I rolled my eyes and made some sarcastic comments. As it turns out, he was 100% right to buy one!
