Anyone up???
I'll be up for a while printing out game cards for my shower on sunday. Right now, I'm doing Gift Bingo & the cards are coming out so cute
Anyone else around?

yes!!! i cannot sleep anymore. i am always too hot and uncomfortable!!!!! i
plus, i think im having contractions which is making me nervous...i have a dr appt tomorrow AM thank goodness!!!!

Thanks. I know it will be fun but if you saw my post the other day, my mother has stressed me out for months about this stupid shower!!
How many wks are you? Are you timing the contractions yet?
i didnt see it...ill look it up now.
i am 36 wks, but already 90% effaced and btwn 3-4 cm dilated. I was on bed rest btwn 32-35 wks, but dr took me off bc  can be born safetly at this pt. I have been trying to time them, but im not noticing any pattern. I'm just so scared that by the time i do notice a pattern or "real pain" ill be like 7 cm  !!!!

Breathe!!! That's basically what we learned at the childbirth class. Focus on your breathing & try to relax.
But seriously, are they painful?

But seriously, are they painful?
honestly, just really uncomfortable. once in a while ill get a sharp pain that makes me wince, but for the most part, im really not feeling pain, just discomfort...

Don't be confused, I guess the discomfort varies. But if you're 4 cm already, you could be ready to go by morning! Good luck

yeah but ive been 4 cm for the past 4 weeks with no change...so who knows when i will go. im not in a rush...im getting so nervous. maybe that is why i cant sleep????

SOUND ASLEEP!!! Then tomorrow he will complain that my snoring kept him up all night...yeah right!!
According to him I have started snoring and making funny breathing sounds...maybe its the position of the baby, who knows. But he has been sleeping since about 12, so that is 2 more hours (at least) of sleep than i am getting!!
how about your DH?

He's on his way home from work. But he would be sleeping if he was here.
He doesn't know it yet, but he'll be busy tomorrow helping me clean & get stuff ready for the shower
