My DS was 16 months when we went to the Dominican, didnt phase him in the least ( but its only a 1 hour difference )...Where are you going ?

We wanted to plan a trip to Italy, but I'm worried about his sleeping....
He is finally doing so well, sleeping at night, etc...

Nice !!!!
All I can say is that if you really want to go, do it ! My DS went through plenty of sleep issue phases that just occured naturally , it sometimes just happens without outside interference....You'll make so mnay great memories and I'm sure he'll recover from any sleep disturbance after a day or two
