Anyone taking metanx with their prenatal?
My OB told me to start taking Metanx with my prenatal. I'm taking gesticare DHA prenatal and it has 1mg of folic acid so I was confused  I thought that was more than enough..

I do. I have MTHFR which prevents me from absorbing enough folic acid, so that's why I take it. It can only help

My daughter takes it for the same reason MTHFR. I think she started taking it even before she became pregnant.

Thanks ladies... weird thing is, I don't have that but my OB still prescribed in in addition to my regular prenatal which has enough folic acid in it already! I'm confused.
