Anyone take letrozole???
I had an SOF last night at CD 12 and still no growing follies! Anyone take letrozole and take forever for the follies to grow?? I'm hoping there is still hope for growing follies this cycle.

I took it and I reacted the same as with clomid mature follies around CD 19...I hope that they grow soon for you!!!

I took 5 mg and produced nothing ... bumped it up to 10mg and produced nothing .... Moved on to injectables, and responded well.

I take it with gonal-f and it takes me about 10 days or so.

I took 5mg for a week i think and had 2 perfect follies... I ended up with my 3rd chemical that cycle...

I took it after a few clomid cycles. I responded well on clomid but the letrozole just gave me one huge follie that was already overmature by day 12. But everyone is different. GL
