I am not doing that race, but I am doing one in Shoreham Wading River on Thanksgiving morning with a couple of friends. I am going to do the 5 miles. Then I can pig out that night

I'm still finding out the details but I think its 5 miles. It will be so cold you'll probably want to run it to get it over faster!  It looked like a lot of fun on the news when I saw it last year.
Here is the LINK To Turkey Trot - its in Garden City not Eisenhower like it has been in years past.
