Anyone on Yazmine?
This is like the 5th BC pill I've been on... I have cysts on my ovaries and basically have cramps 3 out of 4 weeks a month, so my dr keeps switching my pill until I find one that actually helps. Anyway, i've been on Yazmine for almost 3 weeks now (AF should arrive next week) and I find that I am SUPER cranky. Everything bothers me to the point where I have no tolerance for anything. It's been worse this week, but pretty bad since I started this pill.
Has anyone else had this reaction to Yazmine?
I am so frustrated at this point.. none of the pills are helping my cramps, and they are all messing with my hormones!!! Once I start getting used to one pill I end up having to switch and end up dealing with weight gain and all the other fun side effects to bc.

Actually, I never noticed a mood change but DH did. I had to really think about it before I realized my that pattern of behavior had severely changed. I also suffered from very painful migraines when I was on it.

have you tried nuvaring? i LOVEd that when i was on it - no PMS, no cramps, no mood swings, nothing! and a VERY short, light period to boot.

Yep, tried lo estrin 24... i kept getting AF before i even started the placebo pills...

Is that a pill?
I also need to be on a low estrogen pill. My mother is a 2 time breast cancer survivor, so there are certain pills I should avoid...

I was on it for a while and didn't feel any side effects. I don't think I had mood swings. DH never said anything about it.

I'm on it- come to think of it- DH did say I was being moody a few weeks ago
I never put it together
but I swicthed insurance and I needed to wait for my doc to send me a new rx- so I took a old pack of seasonal this month
and I wasn't moody!

i HATE this pill... it made me psycho - picking fights with DH etc... after Yasmin - i swore off the pill completely after having been on them for almost 13 years and i never felt better. be careful!

I was the exact same way!! I also could not breathe right on it..constant anxiety attacks. I HATED that pill...there is a whole website dedicated to women who suffered horribly on it..
