anyone looking for a place?
i will have an apartment available dec 1 in levittown/bethpage/hicksville area.
it is an entire upper level, private entrance, private yard with covered patio.
it is a 1 bedroom with an eat-in kitchen, full bath, and large living room and has tons of closet space.
asking 1400 including heat and water.
FM if interested.

yes she has seen it firsthand...
we gutted the bathroom and are putting in a brand new kitchen. new carpets are going down this week. and the private yard is huge.
it's a really great living space! exactly what i wanted when i was looking for apartment
