You may actually be able to find it at a large car wash. Worth a shot. Or maybe an auto parts store.

I know, right?!?!
My Dad had spinal fusion surgery in 2003, and he drives a car all day for a living (He's in sales), so he NEEDS to be comfortable!

Hey they were popular for a reason. Seats didn't have any kind of lumbar support - and now, it will just provide better lumbar support.
I think that's a pretty creative and good idea.
