anyone know of prenatal classes around Mineola?
My firend goes to a great place in massapequa that has prenatal yoga, birthing classes, bfing classes, etc. It's a bit too far for me to go to at night. Does anyone know of anything aorund my area?

They actually have classes now at the new destination maternaty in Carle Place. they ahve a room in the back fo the store. ( prenatal yoga, infant care etc).

i go for classes with dina of kashmir hands. its in her basement in franklin square. shes great! i also went to the place in massapequa, new baby belly, but it was too far for me. dina works you out! love i
