Anyone know if the "helium-shortage" is over yet?
I have never heard of such a wacky shortage before, but I need to order balloons for a party soon.
Anyone know if the helium shortage is "up"?

i know the party city by me, in new hyde park, still wont take balloon orders, but you can buy the tank. which is what i ended up doing.
