Anyone know about ...
buying land for the price of taxes evaded?
My parents have a vacation house in PA, and there was a lot next door to them that was vacant land, they found out that a month after they bought their house/property that the lot next to them was sold for 4k because someone did not pay their taxes on it...  (the property is worth about 40K)
How do you go about finding property like this? We are looking for another investment, but just land and thought this was a cheap way to do it if we are not selective on area or location as much.

I don't know anything specifically, but if I wanted more information, I would probably try to find a realtor or RE lawyer in the state/area you are looking for answers.
