Anyone know about....
pockets of blood behind the placenta??? My SIL was just diagnosed with this and would love information from someone who has experienced it and had a healthy baby. She read a bunch of stuff on the internet that has her scared out of her wits. TIA

Well, I don't know if this is the same exact thing...but last week I started to bleed and had some blood clots. It was bright red blood. The Dr. told me that there was blood in my uterus and from my placenta growing, it pushed out the blood. He said for most people, it is from your last AF and sometimes your body doesn't absorb it so the only place to go is out.
