What a PIA There were technical problems on their side which almost got me closed out of a class I need
I was impressed to get a personal apology from someone at student accounts though!

I don't go there anymore, but I'm glad you got an apology!!! I cn say form experience, they definitely don't have their act together with anything in SA.
