Anyone having cramps in their hands or wrists?
my right wrist is killing me, I'm trying to be careful with it....is this part of pregnancy too?

A lot of women get pregnancy induced carpal tunnel and it can go away soon after birth.

I had severe pain in my left wrist for about a week or two, a while back. I had no tingling tho. I always have trouble with that wrist, but this was different and worse than ever. It went away....not sure if it was pregnancy related or not. Hope it feels better soon!
