Anyone have the Stokke Tripp Trapp highchair?

I'm having a problem with attaching the clip for the infant chair rail....customer service only sent me a pdf on how to remove the clip...but does not tell me how to attach it. There is absolutely no info on their site or anywhere for that matter...

I've gone to bbb and they can't help since i have the older model chair and new infant seat,,,they don't sell the old infant seat anymore that would work with my chair. But my MIL bought the two for my shower at the same time so don't know how that happened. I also called their customer service line they sent me a compatible part but no instructions!! Seriously some bad cust service, when I called again they said I have to remove the old clip (NOT easy to do) and def not self explanatory...wow I just never though putting his highchair together would be such an ordeal!!
