Anyone have Oxford who gave birth at Winthrop?

I am still being harassed about this stupid audiology test that is a routine screening at birth. They keep sending me bills and calling me with all different amounts I owe from this one test. It is getting very frustrating. Any advise?

I had Oxford when I gave birth to in May 2004 and did not see one bill or pay anything except my first $10 co-pay. Nothing! For anything! Ever.

Then I gave birth to in May 2006 and I had EBCBS. Not only did I have a $500 hospital co-pay, but I got billed $273 from the Audiology screening people and kept getting numerous other "you owe us money" bills. The $273 was the amount I owed since the insurance company only covered $77 of the $350 Audiology bill

I ended up paying the Audiology people. A month later my insurance company sends me notice that they paid the Audiology place the $273. I called and got my money back.... It was a real PITA. I should have just let insurance handle it from the start, but I hate leaving bills around unpaid.

Sooo - call the insurance company and ask when they will pay the bill.... I am surprised you got anything at all, with Oxford I never did. And I called Winthrop billing a few times and they were so nice, they noted on my account to wait for insurance payment so that I didn't get sent to collections.
