Anyone have no plans for XMAS eve?
This will be the first year we haven't done the traditional going to see the family. But, they live over an hour away and i don't want to be traveling home super late two days in a row with DD. Anyone else staying home with just the family? By the way, Merry Xmas!

We are going to church at 7, and then just back home. We always would go to family, but we are not traveling a 1/2 hour away at 8 pm with a 1 year old. We will just get our sleep for tomorrow.

Going to services and then back home.
DC's can't make it past 6pm anyway.
DH's family is Jewish.
We celebrated with my extended family on Saturday.
There was a greater chance a certain family member was going to cause serious drama this year. No way, was I risking the potential for that on DC's first Christmas. Saturday was tnese enough. It will just be us and we prefer it that way

Us. DH had to work today and DS is just getting over his week long virus. We are just going to stay home and watch christmas movies. Depending on how DS feels we may go to the Holtsville Brite nights light show.

Nothing at nighttime. DH's family didn't invite us And since DH has to work ay 6pm, we are going to my parents in a few minutes for an early celebration.
Tonight I have to finish getting ready for tomorrow (we are hosting) and watch Love Actually

No plans here either. Took DD to Ruby Tuesday for lunch, which she loved! Then let her walk around Kohls, which she loved even more 
Put DD to bed at 7p and then made some cookies. Now I'm watching "It's a Wonderful Life".
