Friday morning I had severe diarrhea and threw up once. I was achy all day. I thought it it was a stomach virus. I was fine on Saturday and Sunday and ate regular food. This morning I throw up again and my stomach feels like I may have diarrhea again.

I am 11 weeks and had no morning sickness at all.

Does this sound like stomach virus or morning sickness?
