Anyone have good youtube yoga channels they recommend?
We don't have cable and the roku yoga channels cost money. Looking for something free.

Have never tried on youtube, but what about seeing if the library has DVDs you can borrow?

Try Yoga Journal's website. They have practices of different lengths on their website and they are all free.

I just got a yearly membership to yogadownload.com for $29 on groupon.
There are tons of download and stream videos.
I have only used it once, but it was pretty good.
